Welcome to Amish Bakes! I’m Juanita, the baker and soul behind this little online shop, baking straight from my home kitchen in Troutman. Inspired by the Amish traditions of my childhood, I’m on a mission to share the honest, time-honored craft of Amish-made baked goods with you. Every loaf, cookie, and scone is organic, wholesome, and made with pure, natural ingredients. No hidden ingredients and no lies—just real, hearty goodness you can trust. Through Amish Bakes, I’m bringing the warmth of tradition and the comfort of homemade to your table, one wholesome bite at a time.

All my products are made without refined sugars, GMOs, pesticides, additives, or seed oils. For most items, I use only ancient grain white flour imported from Italy, while my breads offer a variety of flour options.
For sweetness, I rely on wholesome choices like organic cane sugar, sucanat, organic coconut sugar, organic maple syrup, honey, monk fruit, stevia, or agave syrup. No high fructose corn syrup ever.
For oils, it’s olive oil, coconut oil, or butter. No seed oils, soybean oil etc.
